This policy explains our rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges for both physical products and digital goods.
📦 Physical Products
✅ Returns
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
💰 Refunds (Physical Products)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
❌ Non-Returnable Physical Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
💻 Digital Products
❌ No Returns or Refunds
All digital products (including downloadable files, STL files, digital designs, and templates) are non-refundable and non-returnable once:
- The download has started
- The product has been accessed
- The file has been delivered electronically
⚠️ Digital Product Exceptions
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- The product is significantly different from the description
- Access to the product is blocked due to a technical error on our side
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
🚫 Mixed Orders (Physical + Digital)
Digital items are non-refundable
- Digital items are non-refundable
- Only eligible physical products may be returned
- Refunds will apply only to the physical portion of the order
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items (Physical Products)
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
